Your focus:

A senior leader in the business, you’ll be managing a sector focused practice. You’ll hold responsibility for the P&L, delivery performance, quality standards, retention and values of your practice. Working closely with your Team Leaders you’ll drive performance, and create the strategy to see success across the practice. You’ll also be heavily involved in growing your practice, from headcount growth, retention and developing future leaders and talent.

Progression:

From Practice Lead, the next step is directorship, becoming fully integrated in all aspects of the business operations and strategy, responsible for business growth, P&L and team wide performance.

Support:

Your support will mainly come from the other members of the senior management team, including our Team Leaders, Managing Consultants, BDMs, Heads of department and Directors. Whether thats day-day in the office, or in regular senior management meetings. You will also have the day – day support of your practice Team Leaders.

You’ll have the knack of driving excellent results, whilst being an approachable leader, able to build strong working relationships across your practice, adopting a coaching rather than ‘managing’ approach.
