Your focus:

A senior position within the business, operating in a dual capacity. You’ll maintain billing and managing your desk, however you’ll also be heavily involved in the business operations, particularly focused on ISL’s external presence in our markets and communities. You’ll be involved in creating strategies and driving opportunities to enhance our external engagement, including events, sponsorship opportunities, collaborations and identifying new ways to broaden ISL’s external network.

Progression:

From Managing Consultant, the next step is directorship, becoming fully integrated in all aspects of the business operations and strategy, responsible for business growth and P&L.

Support: 

Your support will mainly come from the other members of the senior management team, including our Team Leaders, Practice Leaders, BDMs, Heads of department and Directors. Whether that’s day-day in the office, or in regular senior management meetings.
