What will I be doing as Requirements Engineer?
*You will work in a team focusing on power modules (from 600v to 6.5kV) qualification and reliability research and development.
*Conduct power module qualification and reliability routine tests e.g. HTRB, H3TRB, power cycling
*Investigate power modules’ electrical and thermal performance before and after qualification test.
*Generate qualification and reliability test reports, including data collection and analysis.
*Support the design and process team regarding components, material and process determination and comparison
*Organising and maintenance of data management systems
What Skills/ Prior experience do I need for this position?
*Experience of Microsoft software packages
*Familiar with power semiconductors or power electronics
*Use of 2D/3D CAD software tools
*Experience of thermal/mechanical simulation tools
*Knowledge of power semiconductor packaging process
*Bachelor Degree or equivalent in power semiconductors, power electronics, electrical/mechanical field.
*Master degree or 2 years working experience in power semiconductors or related fields.
