With 16 engineers, they now need a link between the engineers and the CTO – which is where you come in as the Development Team Lead.
You’ll be developing cutting-edge innovations whilst leading one of their full-stack teams, so this is a 70% hands on, 30% hands off role – you’ll get to grow your team and make your job as big as you’d like.
If you have line management experience it’ll help of course, but equally, if you’ve been mentoring/coaching developers in previous roles and want more responsibility they are fine with that!
The salary for the Development Team Lead role is between £80,000 to £90,000 + equity and some home working.
