Can we help you look after your talent?

For some companies hiring talent is still a current priority but they’re not sure how to adapt to doing this in a remote way.

If this is you then we have guides on virtual interviewing and remote onboarding that we hope you’ll find useful.

For other scaleups we’ve been working with, they know that they need to hire at some point but it’s not a current priority.

If that’s you, it might not be best to switch off all hiring efforts – here’s a video from our director, Alan, explaining why you might want to consider some talent pipelining to get ahead of the game later this year:

And clearly for many companies we are in touch with, all focus is on their current team. The uncertainty of the future means that they can’t think about new hires right now, it’s all about keeping the current team.

If that’s the case, then take a look at our retention report, launched earlier this year, giving you insight and solutions to help retain your best talent.

There’s plenty of advice out there on business survival which isn’t our core expertise, but finding and keeping great talent is going to be as important as ever in meeting your goals. And that’s something that we can help with.

If you’d like to discuss your talent strategy, making sure that it’s relevant for our current climate, then contact our director, Alan, who would be happy to talk to you in more detail.
